Requirements are industry specific and we will advise you what we need to be of service to you when we schedule your survey.
Reporting
Upon completion, we furnish the client with a comprehensive report of our observations and our risk mitigating recommendations.
Risk Assessments are an integral part of any risk control program and are conducted at the client’s premises to ascertain compliance with relevant legal requirements and standards with regards to:
- Operations.
- OHS Appointments.
- Policies, Certificates and Documentation.
- Internal Inspections and Registers.
- Contracted Inspections and Services.
- Fire Defence.
- Emergency Planning and Implementation.
- Security.
Our highly experienced surveyors will conduct your audit, followed by an exit interview with the relevant manager on site. We then submit a comprehensive report on both the compliant and non-compliant aspects of the site, as well as provide you with corrective measures required in order to bring the site to a compliant standard. We also provide you with risk recommendations to improve your risk profile in all the surveyed categories, as circumstances may require. We can also assist you with the development of a comprehensive risk control program, based on your unique circumstances.
The basis for the risk evaluation is our observation of the conditions on site, in conjunction with information provided by the client during interviews conducted with key personnel.
