AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER INSPECTIONS

Applications

Automatic sprinkler systems.

Requirements

Requirements are industry specific and we will advise you what we need to be of service to you when we schedule your survey.

Timeline

Automatic sprinkler systems must be inspected every six months.

Reporting

Upon completion, we furnish the client with a comprehensive report of our observations and our risk mitigating recommendations.

We provide independent automatic sprinkler system inspections, conducted by inspectors who have decades of concentrated experience in the industry. We are competent to undertake inspections installed according to all the various local and international codes, standards and rules.

Both the BS EN 12845 Code and the ASIB 12th Edition rules state that sprinkler systems must be inspected for compliance by a completely independent third party. We are unaligned to other entities in the fire protection industry. We have no competing interests in respect of the design, maintenance, supply or installation of sprinkler related equipment.

Automatic sprinkler systems must be inspected every six months. Upon request, we also conduct inspections outside of this cycle, especially where clients require remedial actions to be audited before the next insurance required inspection.

Our inspector will attend the installation premises and conduct a comprehensive survey of your automatic sprinkler system. The resulting report will indicate the existing level of compliance, benchmarked against the applicable codes, standards and rules. Deviations and exceptions are reported and accompanied by recommendations regarding any corrective steps required in order to reach full compliance.

Our inspectors are available to discuss any queries resulting from the report with the client. Our report provides risk and maintenance engineers with all the relevant information required to address non-compliance issues.
